I had lap band removal and gastric sleeve through this company March 14, 2024. Everything went well, no complications. Myna the one that coordinated this for me was so helpful and always answered my questions. Karla the nutritionist was very helpful as well. Beautiful clean establishment and very knowledgeable staff took excellent care of me and would highly recommend going through them!

I am early in my recovery phase (only a week out), but up to this point, I have been very pleased with the service. Myna was a great go-between to get information for me. Azura hospital in Cancun was a very different experience than I was used to in America, but aside from a few language barriers, I was satisfied with the procedure and the team I worked with. Also, shout out to Martin, our driver, who was a joy to visit with.

I am very pleased with how my surgery went. The folks at Medical Tourism are very friendly and very responsive to every concern. Lesley was fantastic to work with. The facility (blue Medical Tower) was supper modern and clean. The staff works very hard to ensure your stay is worry-free. I highly recommend MTC! I was referred by a family member who had gastric sleeve surgery. I was given the contact information for Ms. Ruby Rose. I emailed her and she was responsive, helpful, kind, and on point. She helped me with the paperwork needed and scheduled my surgery. My surgery was August 21, 2023 and Ms. Ruby has been in touch with me often to check on me to see how I am doing. The hotel and hospital staff were professional, kind, friendly, and helpful. The hopsital was the cleanest and nicest hospital I have ever seen. The care and attention I received was phenomenal. It was a such a positive experience and I highly recommend them. Even the driver from the airport to the hotel was friendly, kind, and safe. To date, I have lost 30 pounds and I feel great. I am proud of my progress and am happy I made the decision to have gastric sleeve surgery. I have changed my life and I am happy about that. Highly recommend!!! Kelly E.
